GRAPHIC & FASHION DESIGN
Every piece begins on the drawing board. Our in-house design team develops the silhouette, proportions, and technical specifications for each style before a single yard of fabric is touched. Clean lines, intentional fits, nothing superfluous.

TECH PACK DEVELOPMENT
From sketch to technical document. We build full tech packs for every garment — precise measurements, construction diagrams, material callouts, and stitching specifications. The blueprint that everything else follows.

MARKING & GRADING
Every pattern is graded across six sizes — XS through XXL — with consistent proportional logic applied at each step. No shortcuts. No compromising the silhouette at the extremes of the size range.

CUSTOM FABRIC MILLING
We mill our own fabric. Using 100% US-grown Pima and ring-spun cotton, our custom fleece and jersey weights are woven to specification — density, hand feel, and shrinkage all controlled before it reaches the cutting table.

CUT & SEW
Every piece is cut and sewn in our facility in Downtown Los Angeles. Our production team runs single-needle, flatlock, and chain-stitch construction depending on the garment. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing leaves the building half-finished.

GARMENT DYEING
Select pieces go through our garment dyeing process — dyed after construction for a lived-in depth of color and hand feel that off-the-bolt fabric can never match. Every batch is slightly unique. That is not a flaw.

PRODUCTION PACKAGING
Every finished piece is inspected, steamed, and folded to a precise standard before packaging. Polybag, tissue wrap, and label applied in-house. No outside logistics until the product is exactly right.

FULFILLMENT
Orders are picked, packed, and shipped from our Downtown Los Angeles facility. We manage inventory in real time and ship within 3–5 business days. Every order leaves the building the way it should.

We run our own inventory and order management systems end-to-end. Real-time stock visibility, automated reorder points, and integrated fulfillment. The backend is as precise as the product.
