Untitled Brand (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates untitledbrand.net. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. We keep this simple because we have no interest in your data beyond what is necessary to fulfil your order.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. Payment card data is processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
When you submit a custom order enquiry or return request, we collect the information you provide in those forms.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address.
We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or advertising cookies.

To process and fulfil your order, including sending shipping confirmation and tracking information.
To respond to your custom order enquiry or return request.

DATA STORAGE
Order and customer data is stored in Supabase, a managed PostgreSQL database hosted in the United States. Email delivery is handled by Resend. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
COOKIES
We use a single session cookie to keep your cart contents while you browse. No advertising or tracking cookies are set. No third-party scripts with cookies are loaded on this site.
YOUR RIGHTS
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data — we will remove it within 30 days of your request.
Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
