HOW IT WORKS
STEP 01
EMAIL US
Send your order number and the item(s) you wish to return to returns@untitledbrand.com. We will respond within 1 business day with a return authorisation.
STEP 02
PACK IT PROPERLY
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered. Fold them. Use the original packaging if you have it. We will notice if you do not.
STEP 03
SHIP IT BACK
Once authorised, ship your return to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service. Untitled Brand is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
STEP 04
RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. You will receive an email confirmation when it is done.
CONDITIONS
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not offer exchanges — return and reorder for a different size or colour.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are covered on your first return. Subsequent returns are at the customer's expense.
Defective or incorrect items will always be replaced or refunded at no cost.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
