BUILT TO
YOUR SPEC.
Full-service custom blank development — from the first pattern point to the final dye batch. Done in Los Angeles, with the same construction and cotton behind every retail garment we produce.
300
MINIMUM ORDER
300 units per style, minimum. Pattern, sampling, grading, cut and sew, dye — our process requires volume to run correctly. This is not a sample house.
LA
IN-PERSON REQUIRED
Every engagement starts face-to-face at our Downtown Los Angeles facility. Fit, fabric, and construction decisions cannot be made over email. Come to us.
01
ONE STANDARD
Custom or retail — same US cotton, same construction, same weight. We do not produce a lesser version of our product for any client.
THE LOS ANGELES METHOD
WE DON'T DYE
THE ROLL.
WE DYE THE
GARMENT.
Most manufacturers dye the fabric roll before a single stitch is sewn. That means committing thousands of yards — and thousands of dollars — to a single color before you know what orders look like.
We do it differently. In Los Angeles, we cut and sew your garments in PDF — piece-dye fabric, the raw yarn color of the cotton before any dye touches it. The finished garments sit in inventory, undyed, until you need them.
When a campaign drops, when a pre-order closes, when a colorway sells out — we dye that specific batch. No fabric waste. No color commitment upfront. No minimum per colorway.
COST-EFFECTIVE AT SCALE
Produce once in PDF, dye in smaller batches per drop. The cut-and-sew cost is paid once. Dye runs are inexpensive by comparison.
CAMPAIGN-DRIVEN INVENTORY
Tie colorways to launches, not dead stock. A spring campaign gets its color. A limited drop gets a custom shade. Nothing sits unsold.
NO COLOR MOQ RISK
Traditional dyeing requires committing to color minimums per shade. PDF garment dyeing removes that barrier entirely.
EXCLUSIVE TO LOS ANGELES
The infrastructure — dye houses, knowledge, supply chain — is concentrated in DTLA and the garment district. It does not exist offshore at this quality.

SCOPE OF WORK
WHAT WE BUILD
CUSTOM BLANK PROGRAMS
Full production runs to your exact spec — weight, fit, construction, finish. Private-labelled, unlabelled, or co-branded. Built on our fits or developed from scratch.
GARMENT DYE & CUSTOM COLOR
Garment dye, pigment dye, overdye, and specialty washes developed in our LA facility. Using the PDF method, we dye in campaign batches — colorway flexibility without fabric roll minimums.
FIT MODIFICATIONS
Adjust any of our three fits — Street, Americana, or Punk — to your specification. Length, width, shoulder, sleeve, hem. We make changes that matter.
SEASONAL & ONGOING PROGRAMS
Standing production partnerships for brands and retailers requiring consistent supply across multiple drops or seasons. PDF inventory held between campaigns.
TECH PACK DEVELOPMENT
Production-ready spec sheets covering measurements, POM callouts, stitch specs, BOM, and dye callouts. Formatted for internal use or submission to any factory.
CAMPAIGN DYE BATCHES
For brands already producing in PDF with us — on-demand dye batches tied to a drop, a pre-order window, or a sell-through trigger. Minimum 50 units per dye run.
HOW IT WORKS
FROM BRIEF
TO DELIVERY.
01
INQUIRY & BRIEF
Week 1
You reach out with your project overview — garment type, quantities, timeline. We review and respond within 48 hours. If there is alignment, we schedule an in-person meeting at our DTLA facility.
02
IN-PERSON MEETING
Week 1–2
We walk you through fabric options, fit references, and the dye method. You handle samples. We discuss your pattern needs, size range, and production schedule. No decisions made remotely.
03
PATTERN & TECH PACK
Weeks 2–5
Our pattern team develops your block — from scratch or adapted from an existing fit. We produce a full tech pack with measurements, POM callouts, construction notes, and BOM. You review and approve.
04
SAMPLES & GRADING
Weeks 5–8
First samples produced in PDF in your base size. You try them, provide feedback, we revise. Once approved, we grade across your full size run and produce a graded sample set.
05
PDF PRODUCTION
Weeks 8–14
Full run cut and sewn in PDF — the undyed yarn color of the cotton. Garments are inspected and moved to PDF inventory. Your units are complete in every way except color.
06
BATCH DYE
Per campaign / on demand
When you are ready — a launch, pre-order close, or restock — we pull the batch and run the dye. Each colorway approved before the full run. Turnaround: 7–10 business days.
07
QC & DELIVERY
Following dye run
Finished garments inspected against spec, tagged or unlabelled per your requirements, and shipped or held for pickup. Final count and condition report with every order.
