THE SOURCE
100%
US-GROWN
COTTON.
We use only Pima and ring-spun cotton grown in the United States. Longer staple length than standard cotton. Stronger, smoother, softer. It is not a marketing claim — you can feel the difference.

THE THREE CONSTRUCTIONS
01
460–520gsm
HOODIES
PIMA COTTON FLEECE
Our heaviest construction. Custom-woven Pima cotton fleece at weights between 460gsm and 520gsm depending on the fit. Dense enough to hold its shape through years of wear, soft enough to not need breaking in. The fleece that makes everything else feel thin.
02
360–440gsm
SWEATPANTS & SHORTS
FRENCH TERRY
Loop-knit on the reverse, smooth on the face. French terry at this weight is warmer than it looks, softer than it sounds, and holds a silhouette that jersey cannot. Every sweatpant and select short is built from our custom-specified French terry.
03
220–240gsm
T-SHIRTS
PIMA SINGLE JERSEY
Pima cotton at the T-shirt weight. Single-jersey construction with a tight gauge that prevents pilling and retains colour. At 220–240gsm, it is heavier than what passes for a premium tee anywhere else. It drapes differently. It wears differently. You will notice the first time you put it on.
THE PROCESS
GARMENT
DYEING.
Select pieces are dyed after construction, not before. The entire finished garment goes into the dye bath. The result is a depth of colour and softness that bolt-dyed fabric simply cannot replicate. Every batch carries its own slight variation. That is not a flaw — that is the point.
Why does it feel different?
Garment dyeing opens the cotton fibres during the process, creating a softer, more broken-in hand feel from the first wear.
Will the colour fade?
Some slight fading occurs with washing — this is intentional and part of the aesthetic. It improves with age.
Is each piece truly unique?
Yes. Dye absorption varies slightly batch to batch. No two garments are identical. That is the nature of the process.
